How do I sign in?+
Use the email address you signed up with on our sign-in page.
How does billing work?+
$1 for 7 days, then $34.99 every 28 days until canceled. Tax may apply. Cancel anytime in your account.
How do I cancel?+
Open Profile, choose Manage membership, then Open billing settings. You can cancel renewal in the secure billing portal.
Where is my report?+
Open Insights and select the reading you requested. Its availability time appears on the page. Your report stays linked to the birth details saved when you requested it.
Why can’t I draw another card?+
Each card is available once per calendar day in your profile’s time zone. Your result stays the same when you refresh.
Can I update my birth details?+
Yes. Open Profile and save your updated details. Previously requested reports retain their original input.
How do course lessons work?+
Read a lesson, try the reflection exercise, and select Mark lesson complete. Moving between lessons does not change your progress.
